Yes. PureCare Spa runs year-round on weekly or bi-weekly plans. Many clients add spa care to their pool plan with our Combo package.
Yes — all PureCare plans include chemicals up to a fair-use allowance per visit. If your pool needs unusually heavy treatment (e.g. after a storm or neglect), we'll discuss any overage before proceeding.
Our Pure Recovery service handles cloudy and green water at flat-fee pricing starting at $295. PureCare members get the trip fee waived. We include a follow-up check within 72 hours.
No. After the first visit, gate codes or lockbox access work perfectly. We'll note your access details when we confirm your booking.
March through April is ideal. Book early — especially before March 15 — to secure your preferred slot and the $895 open + close bundle rate.
Minor repairs like seals and O-rings, yes. Major electrical or gas heater work is referred to licensed partners we trust. We'll always diagnose honestly.
